Reviews:

Vinyl has become rare these days but here and now you will find one of those like this E.P. on 7". Boris Broski has recorded this one on his own and while the needle moves through the groove in 33 rpm you hear a sparsely instrumented mix of electronic wave and gothic elements. It is exactly this minimalistic-simple and slightly monotone touch together with Boris' mesmerizing voice that gives the four songs an unresistable charm.
Christian Piefke, AETERNA # 4

First vinyl release by this Gothic/Wave/Dark-Pop project, oriented to the sound of Sisters, Joy Division or Xymox featureing deep and dark vocals. Some Danse Society-alike keyboards, also, and mostly straight constructed arrangements. The guitars on the first track come a bit of "thin" to my ears and could have been somehow harder (a touch of The Sisters "Vision Thing" album and of "Amphetamine Logic" on this song). Rest tracks feature only keyboards and drum machine and have a somewhat atmospheric, sad and romantic character. My fave song is "Keeping in the Shadows", sort of electronic ballad feat. some good acoustic, flangered guitars. Not something new but calm and comfortable to my ears and much better than several major releases by "Mega" Gothic Acts from Germany.
